Components Quality Management

Material: Selection of high anti-corrosion alloy materials and a variety of composite materials are used to ensure the superb performance,small size,light-weight and long service life.
Process: The production process using a vacuum die-casting,precision forging,the forming mold and other advanced technology to ensure the full realization of products design and maximize product performance.
Test ： All components are required to pass coordinate measuring instrument,materials analysis,X-ray detector,dynamic balance testing machine to ensure the quality of parts and components.

A: The samples are tested by the wind tunnel,verifying the products performance data in a variety of wind conditions.
B:Selecting the sandstorm,freezing cold,over heat,typhoons and other weather conditions to field install,after a long-term operation test to verify the products resistance to elements.
C: The company has modern standard workshop,conducted in accordance with the ISO9001 standard production assembly. The products will be inspected one by one before leaving the factory,to ensure the quality of manufactured products.
